Service Notification for the State of Georgia

At HELP Inc., we are continually working to improve highway safety and efficiency through our products and services, including PrePass weigh station bypass. For 25 years, we have worked successfully with many states in the deployment of PrePass infrastructure and services at no cost to participating states and at minimal cost to our more than 57,000 fleet customers. However, following major construction of weigh-in-motion scales by the state of Georgia, the Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia Department of Public Safety (GDPS) have elected to provide only a state-run truck screening system from now on. The State recently notified both HELP and Drivewyze that Georgia will no longer offer any third party pre-clearance choices, but instead have opted for a government-owned system. We apologize for any inconvenience or loss of freight efficiency this may cause your company and drivers. In the meantime, we are pleased to notify our customers of new bypass opportunities at 44 sites within the NORPASS and Oregon Green Light systems through our new partnership with Washington and Oregon departments of transportation.
