Annual Safety Information Guide acknowledgment for 2020

FedEx Ground agrees to waive acknowledgment of the Safety Information Guide (SIG) by service provider personnel for calendar year 2020.

Service provider personnel who completed the annual acknowledgement in 2018 and 2019 remain compliant for 2020. For all service provider personnel with a CDAS Person Status of 'Active,' the SIG acknowledgement expiration date will be updated to March 31, 2021 in the system.

**Current process remains in place for newly assigned service provider personnel

The current process for acknowledgement of the SIG by newly assigned and reactivated service provider personnel should continue to be followed and submitted immediately upon the service provider personnel being assigned. Updated steps to electronically submit acknowledgements are available on MyGroundBiz.com.
